But, my patient can't come. Im not alone. My dental chair's neighbours semua pun xde patient. Plus school session started last wednesday..so i guess that explain why the lack of patient.

I lost my kitten Mochi.. which i only had for a bout 3 weeks..

very devastating.. i hate it when my pets die..

got my wisdon tooth removed! haha.. asymmetry-ness.^_^

I passed my general medicine and surgery exam!

and we went home for a very long holiday..2 months..

rse nye untuk budak course lain, 2 months tu kejap je kot.

but for us, 2 months sgt lame ok!

got a job at Great Eastern, thanks to Felly Dalilina,

i need a job everytime i had a long break..

because holiday means no allowance..-_-"

Hello n salam people (if there's any),
It stopped raining n i just downloaded blogger apps for iphone!! Cool huh?! Expect more typo n gramatical error ya! Bukan ape, td petang baru je dpt bace balik my latest post. Then, whoaaaa! Byk gile mistake. If i were writing essay for spm, i would've fail my english paper.. Well, that's me! A failure.. Haha.. Still bitter.. I know. Couldnt help it.. A bitter wednesday. Mesti pas ni da xde org nak bce blog yg bitter ni.. Nak wat cane, pahit manis tu asam garam kehidupan.. Haha.. Doesnt make sense.. People, im not high! I dont do drugs.

Sbnarnye skrg tgh bratur kat the one and only drive thru mcd kat kuantan ni. Panjang gile.. Da la weekdays. Still rmai. Sume org stress kot.

Rain and failure

salam, hello peeps..
i like saying hello..i think its cute..and sincere..but salam is a must.its raining now.. non stop since yesterday evening.cam mengeluh pulak kan. tp sbanrnye x. it's that time of the year again in Kuantan or most of the places in Malaysia, kl pun hujan. jb pun. utara malaysia pun. cm winter pulak..but xde snow..it's so damp that i hate it. i never hate rain in my life. infact i use to love it.. everytime hujan, i would just jalan tanpe payung, tadah muke kat hujan. i still do that.. it's fun. i x penah cm tefikir pun nak gune payung or what not. i dont even have one in my car. i should sbnarnye. but I remember, since last year..around this time, i started to really dislike this weather. it's too gloomy for my liking. i've keep on waiting for the rain to stop.. missing sunshine like i never did. and at that time, i prefer sun than rain. the weather took away my pets.. most of it.. first, my new kitten Mochi. he died due to panleukopenia virus. n virus cm menjadi2 bile cuace lembab. and few days after Mochi mati, Koko, my male guinea pig pulak mati.. due to parasite infection. disebabkan koko share cage ngn Kim, a female guinea pig, Kim was infected.. tp she's stronger that Koko. bawak pegi vet and all. i spend quite a fortune for Kim, cause really i could not bear another death. She can't be safe. beside all the medication, die still xnak makan and cirit2. very depressing time tu.. and I prayed to Allah, to give whatever best for her. she already lost her cage mate. about a week or so, Kim pun mati jugak. i cleaned their new cage, grew stronger and promise myself to stop thinking or complaining about the weather,try my best to avoid being affected by it.

for a while i did not complain about the weather at all..bile panas terik, i would put my sunblock and rock my sunglasses..have fun dressing up, xyah takut kasut or jeans or baju basah, pegi swimmng and so on..n bile hujan, i would just stay at home, tgk movie, online or shopping.. main hujan sikit2..you know.. try to make the best out of it.

but, after so long, today, i blamed the rain again..my patient cannot come due to the rain.he canceled at the very last minute. and everytime i lost a clinic session, i will feel like a failure..and i hate that feeling so much. so, rain, i know i shouldnt blame you.. but you really make me feel like a failure today. however i know you bring the blessing of Allah in you..so, i will just pray that all this gloomy, hatred, hopeless feelings of mine will go away really fast..amin.

I rode almost all of the rides.except the Rapid Adventures at the Jurasic World..quite a disappointment..sbb that's like the no 1 thing yg nak naik before pergi..xpe.. Singapore dekat je.. .n get to watched most of the shows..so yippie!!!

overall, i love it..it's quite small compare to Disneyland and DisneySea in Japan..but still very2 fun!! I love Theme park..i usually do..hiii~ till we meet again USS, and please let me ride the Rapid adventure this time.. u have to know how much I love Dinosour..

owh, I bought the Jurasic tshirt..and a few key chains for my siblings!

my lunch, ni kat Ancient Egypt area, so, middle east food.. i worked at Middle east Restaurant before, so, cam da tau nak order ape.yep, mode belagak..haha..tpnye sedap!n sgt kenyang!

hiii..salam,

i know it's been years.. yada yada yada..boring intro as always la kan.. rse nye sume post kat cni start ngn sory, or setelah sepuluh tahun x update blog etc..owh well..sye mmg cepat rse besalah..

rse cm nak menulis harini..sbb td pagi ade kelas paedodontics..(gigi kanak2)..n lecture tu sgt best.. Dr Annapurny is by far the best paedodontist i've known.. (yep, sye kenal 2-3 org je) but die sgt best.. maybe sbb die clinician and part time lecturer, so she basically speak from her experienced..n die tau what is important clinically and what not.. not like some other yg ajar from muke surat depan text book smpi belakang..tp penyakit tu sgt rare..

there's one thing yg mcm caught my attention..(sume pun sbnarnye tp ni cm best utk di share), ameloblastoma..it's a benign tumor yg sgt aggresive n bley cause expansion of the jaw mcm ni..

so, slalu treatment utk bende ni, since die dlm tulang rahang, klau kecik, kite boley korek tulang tu sikit n buang..(sound soo wrong, i know, worst explanation in the world) but, if die besar, kne buat bone resection..i've always say bone resurrection.. but no, it's bone resection.. xde ape yg di-resurrect ok..

lame nye nak smpi ke main point...bone resection tu, kite potong mandible n sambung ngn tulang lain.. n guess tulang ape yg digune kan? bley gune tulang kaki, or paling seswai skali is tulang rusuk sbb die bengkok n same ngn mandible..

n then it got me thinking, how beautiful Allah's creation is..

Spider Lily

this is my favorite flower since like forever.. i love love love this flower.. so pretty, so naive.. smells very good and very easy to plant.. not that i ever plant it..lol.. but i read about it..it makes a very gorgeous garden flower..it is not hard to take care of.. and also very suitable here in Malaysia..you can find this flower literally everywhere.. i remember my boyfriend use to pick it up at my school garden and gave it to me..not everyday tho.. kne merit nnt.. back then my class was really near to the garden, and everytime after rain, my class will smells like the spider lily.. scary pule rsenyer.. but its true..

so many hydrangeas!!!

this flower became my favourite in an instant.. its round and cute and sooo pretty.. i came across this flower when i was in Japan..its very famous there.. hence the name..i think so its originated from there.. when i was visiting a temple in Japan, this flower was planted everywhere..and its blooming.. and then i remember my mom use to has this flower in our "garden" when i was in primary school.. here in Malaysia it is called bunga siti zubaidah.. i always thought it was siti zaleha tho..or name lain nye, bunga 3 bulan..knape 3 bulan? i dont know.. maybe it will bloom every 3 months? no idea..the most unique thing about this flower is the color of the flower will depends on the pH of the soil..amazing? i know..if its more of alkaline side, the flower will be light pink or so..if its more on the acid side, it will be blue..the color range from pink to blue depending on the pH..but, i think it is most suitable to be planted in medium weather..hence, i saw a lot of this flower when i went to Cameron the other day..suhu yg seswai!

a beast's life is on it..how meaningful can it be?

i mean, come on.. who doesnt love roses? its pretty, smells nice, easy access..and not to be mention, very meaningful.. if you get what i mean..i prefer lilies more over roses..i just think lilies is different and unique..but rose speak for itself i think..it doesnt need an intro..and it makes a beautiful wedding flower..^.^

Unprepared Cameron Highland Trip

Salam peeps!

the other weekends (time labor day).. me and my family cm can't decide where to go.. its holiday, Raisya xde kat rumah, and if we stay at home, mama akan rindu raisya.. so, we decided to go out, but seriously xde plan and we didnt pack anything, because, for my part, i thought we will only be going to shopping complex or something that didnt involve sleeping..my phone died earlier that morning and i didnt have time to charge it..

it was all last minute, mama tibe2 panggil kitorg and sruh kitorg to get ready.. so i thought, okay xpe la phone ni.. xyah la charge dlu..so, i went out with a dead phone.. thats for a start.. and i also brought my camera with me tp battery da low.. tgl satu bar je.. but owh well, i never thought i would end up in Cameron Highland..

get it? we went up to cameron highland that evening..sehelai sepinggang! and of course we have to sleep there. time tu labor day, so as expected most of the hotels are fully booked.. tp, kitorg pegi jugak.. and then, smpi area tanjung malim cmtu, it was raining heavily! lebat giler..yg cm x nmpak pape tu.. haha...time tu da ade second thought nak patah balik.. tp pegi je.. tawakal je..and time naik cameron.. still raining.. cameron + rain..we end up shivering.. sjuk gile.. n xde sape bwak sweater..iki n papa pkai short sleeves.. baby n mama pkai shirt 3/4..me, im wearing forever21 basic shirt.. it was long sleeve.. tp very thin material.. and momoi, my cousin, was wearing long sleeve shirt..

we stop at Lata Iskandar, a water fall n mandi jap.. haha..jk jk.. gile ape nak mandi.. we stop sbb most of us need to pee..it still raining at that time.. so my jeans and shoes were wet..da kecut2 da kaki ni.. n then kitorg smpi kat Tanah Rata, we manage to get a hotel room, 2 queen size bed at the price of 300..tu pun sbb ade customer xley nak naik sbb hujan..alhamdulillah..then, mlm tu, after dinner, kitorg shopping baju tido at the night market..so, all of us get a shirt that says cameron highland, and a short pant..yay!!!

so, i managed to get some picture before my battery died..

about 27 deg c time ni..x sejuk pun..this is the next morning..pakai baju sme!

and then my battery die..

you know, sometimes, when you do something unplan, it turn out to be so fun.. and you will never forget nor regret it..i just love that adrenaline rush!it was awesome!

Day 4 - A habit that you wish you didn't have

day 4!!..

habit ye..baik..

erm, im a huge procrastinator..:(..
mcm this post, i can actually finish it in 1 hour or less.. but i took 2 days to actually post it..
and its super annoying when im always the last person to submit stuff..

i think so, theres voice inside of me saying,

" xpe felly, you can finish it.. no worries.. relax je"

and in the end, im rushing, and when you rush when you do something, it just wont turn out to be awesome..in fact, if it's not last minute, i will never do it..

and i did try my best to overcome this really bad habit..okay, not the very best, but yeah, i google ways to improve my self , i keep an organizer, start doing stuff as soon as i get it.. but nope.. that habit just loves me so much, it wont let me go..

okay..im still gonna try, and try and try until i finally get rid of it..

besides that, i do have other flaws..but the title says, a habit.. so there you go..=)

hello dear bloggers..assalamualaikum!

i just finished my professional exam and i passed! alhamdulillah..
going to year 4 next year.. *wink*..

im so going to miss year 3..byk sgt drama.. stress giler..kuliyyah yg problem, patients yg asik nak dtg and asik xnak datang, requirement yg x siap2 and merepek, people pulling us down, being called "the hopeless batch" and so on.. but trust me, it was fun!!! klau lepak kat kedai mamak tu, asik nak complaint je.. n we can talk about it the whole night. non-stop. well, bunyi mcm so negative kan, tp that's what bond us closer..hmm, so wrong..i know.

tp bukan tu je, i noticed in year 3, i appreciate my friends more.. spashly my girlfriends. they are un-trade-able.. n i dont think i can live without them.. they are so amazing, supportive, lovable and true.. and i find myself having more girlfriend's time..and it was fun..I MISS THEM SO MUCH!!

can't wait to have more fun in year 4..!bring it on!

yeah, well, sbnarnyer i wanted to put learn in it.. like live laugh learn n love.. but.. its too long.. so, i have to choose 3..so at first i want to put live learn love..but it doesnt sound right.. then, live laugh learn..but i really want the love to be in it.. maybe i should put learn laugh love..as we living already.

i hate writing facts about my self..let alone "interesting facts".. haha.. baru first challenge da benci.. owh well..but, here goes

1. my full name is Felly Safryrina.. i never know why my parents named me that.. i know when i was a kid, i kind of hate my name..i spelled it wrong until i was about 10 years old. like i want to change it so bad.. i remembered lying to my standard one classmate that my named was actually Sasha.. haha.. she told me a lie first! she said her name sharifah shakila something something when her name was actually salwa..haha..bongok! but now i love my name..i think it's beautiful..hii~

2. i love dinosours! my favourite is velociraptor. i can watch jurasic park trilogy like again and again and again.....

3. i talk a lot.. and i think i can talk very fast.. especially when im excited to tell people something.. i think..maybe im not.. but who cares.. it's my blogpost.. sukati la!

4. i have a great determination..when i want something.. like i really2 want something, i'll go for it.. i work hard to get it..

5. huge procrastinator! like big time!i hate it.. and i know how much it affects me..but, geez..i wish im not..

6. i find man mannequin in department store really really hot..and handsome..even though some of them don't have a head..i feel like whenever im in men's department, i am watched by a lot of hot guys..woohoo!!!..

7. daily routine works for me.. my body tune to it.. example, i have to have lunch by 12.30 or latest by 1.30..by 12, my tummy will increase in bowel sound..even if i just ate at 10..yeah.. i need to drink my coffee before my morning class.. i will be really sleepy at 530pm, and i have to fight to stay awake.. tido lepas asar x elok ok!.. but the best part is, klau study mlm ni, esok x pulak rse nak study.. haha.. i wonder why..

8. lunch is my most favorite time of the day!

9. im addicted to coffee.. i love the taste, aroma..effect, love love love.. i drink anything coffee.. anything.. but i hate coffee cookies n cake..yuckek

10. Magenta Pink is my new favorite color..i think the color describe me..gedik, loud...etc etc

11. i hate ultraman, because in the end, the monster always die..like, why can't u just let them live? like, put them somewhere far away..they will not disturb.. i promise!

12. when i watch movies, i always feel sad if the villain have to die..i think everyone deserve a second chance.. the incredibles for example, syndrome should be given second chance but instead, he died, but, the other day, when i watch hikayat merong mahawangsa, i didnt pity the guy, what was his name? erm, Kamawas..im terrified of him..haha..but, most of the time, especially when the villain has a horse or something, and the horse has to die, its like, what the hell..what did the horse ever do to u?..

13. Monday and saturday is my favorite days..

14. I loathe sad ending story..hate it! titanic, a walk to remember, time traveller's wife..the one where, one of them left alone because the other one is dead..

15. hard-die fan of Disney..especially Disney Princesses.. and aladdin..he is so hot! and they always has happily ever after.. x main la sad ending..haha

Salam..

hi people, i know i wanted to write something.. so bad..its monday today.. 1 of my favourite day. I love monday.. the enthusiasm of the beginning of the week and how i really hope for a good week.. i use to hate monday.. maybe because everyone is hating it..garfield, the idea of "monday blues" etc, but then i realize there is no reason for me to hate monday.. when im entering 3rd year, and we have to treat patient, my sessions usually fall on monday.. and seeing patient is something that i am always looking forward too..there are times when i dont feel like doing any clinical work.but most of the time, i like seeing patient.. it somehow makes me happy to get to serve them.. maybe one of the reason i like dentistry..because i like dealing with people..i think..
i like the idea of new start.. and i think monday giving me the chance to start fresh at the beginning of the week.. u can plan so many things for the rest of the week.. n theres another weekend to look forward too..so, yeah, monday has been really good for me, alhamdulillah.. and i think the biggest reason i felt that is when i changed the way i think about it.. i used to be negative about it, but now instead of saying " urgh...it's monday...again...malasnyer.." etc etc..i'd say "yay! it's monday, let's make plans..!".. and that was really everything that i need..it just a matter of how you want to see things around u.. your choice really..
i dont think anyone will read this post..nobody is to blame..im rambling hopelessly about monday.. should find a better topic for next post..

salam peeps!

i love love love saturday.. 1st, because nobody hates saturday.. crazy workaholic people, yeah maybe.. but dental student like me or any particular student.. saturday is like raya! well, at least that is the best day i can think of.. 2nd, on saturday, we can sleep very late.."party all nite long" and get to wake up late the next day.. because it's sunday! or, we can wake up very late, like in the afternoon, or, just sleep all day long..which ever u prefer..

but i like my saturday to be a bit more "productive"..bukan ape, our weekdays schedule mengalahkan menteri besar yg nak masuk bertanding pilihanraye umum..so pack n full..we rarely have time for ourselves..so, when saturday come, mule la plan nak buat mcm2..tp mestila x belaku kan.. sbb bermalas-malasan kat rumah wearing pjs all day long is the funnest thing ever!

anyways, last saturday, me, shahbaby n fara, went to cherating.. just because we want our saturday to be meaningful..at least i do..and my wish was granted..;)

but, nope.. she's dead..
we had to leave her there..to rot..
nak bawak balik buat ape? masak merah? sushi?

please please do take care of our sea.. dont throw rubbish especially plastic,
into the drain, or river, or worst along the coast..
clean up after you had seaside dinner, or picnik with your loved one,
dont just leave it there like nobody business..
this little whale may be other whale loved one's too..

we went back to kuantan around 6.30. it was one of the best trip ever!!! i've learned so much!!
looking forward to the next saturday..

owh, how i wish there are more saturday in a week...

on 21st January 2011, yong safely delivered a beautiful, heart-melting baby girl at Pantai Medical Centre, Bangsar. She was 3.6 kg at birth, padahal Dr estimate 2.8 je..maybe because, the morning before yong was admitted, she and abg man went to eat Nasi Kandar.. n she(yong) told me she ate a lot..so, my theory is, the baby absorbed everything and gain some weight..i think..

main thing is, both mama n baby sihat! and... i got a niece!!!YAY!

i seriously can't believe it is already 2011..
its INSAAAAANEEEE...

Gaaaa, my exam in 3 months,
im going to be an aunt(makngah) hee, most probably in this month..YAY!!<3
im turning 23 in two months!...*gasp*
he's coming back in approximately 3 months!=)
and i have wayyyy to many things and requirement to complete in less than 2 months..

yep, it is crazzzy to thing how fast time flies..
but it does.. maximum speed limit!
but i like going into the new year,
its like an opportunity to start fresh,
it is so exciting to start making resolutions
making lists of everything
n making plans to fulfill them..
i think it's fun..

i wanted to share my new year resolutions here..
because maybe by sharing them with someone,
i'll manage to fulfill them..hopefully=)
so, here goes..

* live a healthy lifestyle..
its not just about balance diet.. it's both body and mind,
i want to be more positive in life..
learn to forgive n let go..
not holding any grudge inside me..
learn to control my anger..
and of course, the body part,
i want to lose all my excess fat.. haha.. i dont think i can lose it all..
but, lets just set it high okay.
i want to cut down junk food and unhealthy snack..
exercise more..
eat more greens
u know, those kind of stuff.

* update my blog and try or start making videos
i'll try my best to make more blogpost..
i love blogging but i either have no idea what to write or busy or just occupied with other stuff
like youtube or other blogs.
i want to try to atleast update my blog 2 times a week..
at least..if i could post more, than that would be better..
and i want to start making tutorial n gives beauty product reviews and making more post
that are beauty related..
cause i think im good at that.. hee *perasan*

Eating Sushi by the sea..It was so peaceful and romantic..
I even wish to grow my kids here..I think it is a healthy environment..
Shizuoka is more like erm, Kampung side..it is not as busy as Tokyo..

10 tips to stay healthy..:D

haha.. im not a healthy person.. i ate mostly junk..but delicious, mouth watering junk, like ayam goreng, mm, ayam goreng....(ye, saye berpuase)..

sbnarnye, i dont even have tip 1..tp skrg kitorg tgh exam.. n tomorrow paper is Dental Public Health..
so, dlm satu notes ni ade la bagi tip tip tertentu..

1. Dont be poor.if you can, stop. if you can't, dont be poor for long..(is poor an option?)

2. Dont have a poor parents..(hahaha..this is funnier)

3. Own a car...(baik..;P)

4. Don't live in damp low quality housing (do u really think they want to live there?)

5. Be able to afford to go on foreign holiday and sunbathe..(ya rite, if only poor is an option)

6. Practice not losing your job and don't become uneployed..(make sense!)

7. Dont work in a stressful, low paid manual job..(no comment..:))

8. Take up all benefits you are entitled to e.g if you are unemployed, retired, sick or disabled..(again, this does make sense ;D)

9. Don't live next to busy major road or near polluting factory..(well, theres this new thing called "development", where job and pollution is a package!)

10. Learn how to fill in the complex housing/asylum application form..(shud have class on this kan..:>)

haha.. gueass what, these were take from a book.. i donno, may be its just me.. but these tips are super funny to read..rotfl!!!!!

hmm, i am the most defensive person when im angry..i never met anyone like me.. when im pissed off over something that i cant do anything about, i get so so mad, that words like, sabar k, will never calm me down, instead, it makes me angrier..
when im angry, n i choose u(can be anyone) to listen, i dont expect that person to just listen..n i dont expect them to give me positive advices..(well,this part will be needed later, so save it)..i want that particular person to feel the same way like i do..i want him, or her to be mad..together with me.. to be in my shoes n understand the feeling of being angry..to be on my side..i know that u shud put water on fire, instead of oil, but that just didnt work with me..i prefer oil..i'll get a feeling that you do not like to hear this, n i hate u for that.. u see, its making me angrier..madder, much more furious that you can ever imagine..n please dont tell me that im wrong when im mad.. i'll accept my mistakes.. i do.. i can think n im not stupid.. you can correct me when im calm..n that time, u can spill all the positivity that you have on me.. i will listen like a sweetheart..i will not argue, n i can think properly..n discuss..n come into a conclusion n i'll love u more after that..n i move on..
when i pissed off, there will be phases,

furious..this is actually the toughest part..i'll become so defensive, whiny, and all the things that can make you hate me..and u can either, make yourself unavailable n run away or u can be the oil.=)..it'll usually take less that 30mnts..trust me..i'll become angry so easily that it will never last longer than that..hey, u need energy to be whiny..
then i'll cry.. im such a cry baby..spashly when that time of the month..best thing to do, hug me..im a baby..i dont want to think.. when i cry, it is harder for me to talk..so all the whiny phase is gone, n hug me..make me feel love...this is the best time for you to shush me..owh, u shud be really happy when this phase come...
the first smile that you see..thats the cue that crying phase is overrrr...now, do the positive talk that u r really good at..(i know u r the best advisor, that why i chose u..duhhh..)..im so much calmer .. my heart is open to any advices, if you thing that im wrong, u can tell me now, with a good explanation of course..then, me n u, we'll make a conclusion on what to do..or i'll just get over it.. i'll let go things so easy..i even apologize if im wrong..im such a sweetheart during this phase..
i will not be pissed over anything else for the whole day..not even things that can make me normally pissed..like a bad customer service..haha

so, that is just me.. im hoping for a change someday.. be more patient..but, its not easy to change urself..n it might be worse..i may become the calmest person in the world, but as a human, one day, when it burst, maybe i'll kill someone.. yikes...

an update!

hi guys, sory i havent write in a while. i was busy with my 2nd professional exam. n i passed!!!!=) so happy.. alhamdulillah.
so anyway, i just started my semester break last monday but i went back home on tuesday. it was raining like cats n dogs.. seriously. n of course, klau hujan mestila jam kan.. so i stuck in a traffic jam for about 45mints, not movie ok. like seriously, i can take it if its moving even if its slow..n myk time tu da bawah E.. haha, super scary so, since its not moving, i just turn off the engine and wait.. time tu kat bwah fly over, so thank God that i dont need to use my wiper.
so, then, after 45 mnts, i was finally home..yay! haha.. n then i got a really bad headache n yup, fever..sigh.. i took activ fast, n slept the whole nite..n felt so much better the next day...thumbs up for activ fast!!!

then, on wednesday evening, i went shopping with mama n iki(my lil brother, well he is not that little)..n kitorg pegi ampang park.. actually, mama yg nak shopping.. really..so, kitorg teman je..

then on thursday, iki n i have to follow mama to the national zoo!!!yayness! i love zoo.. i always do..hihi..but going with lots of kindergarten kids n 7 annoying teacher really suck.. haha.. idk, i hate those teachers.. they bored me..n idk.. i hate them.. yeah, sue me..i mean, they dont like the zoo, then they didnt show the kids anything.. like thats the zebra, thats the rhino etc..maybe they dont know.. idk.. n when i showed the class everything, they kinda think that animals sucks..idk.. i hate them.. yupp, thats it! hahahaha..

then on friday till sunday, i went to perak for my cousin's wedding.. n guess what?! i had to do make up on the bride. ok, ade 2 pengantin tau..so, one of them had done their make up earliaer n the other had none.. n she doesnt have any make up artist to help her..etc.. so, pagi2 tu time subuh, mama woke me up, n ask me if i can do make up on the bride, kak rossa..(yup, her name is Rossa.. coolness..haha) so, i said i didnt bring all my stuff..i usually packe all my make up with me, but this time i didnt. i only bring green color eyeshadow, since im wearing green, n my urban decay deluxe pallette which didnt really help.mm, i didnt even bring my liquid eyeliner..urgh..but then, i manage to borrow concealer n eyeliner from my sister n i did her make up..haha.. it was not really WoW..but its okay i guess.. except for the lip color.. she kinda look pale.. but what to do.. i only bring 1 lip color with me.. haha..owh well, congrats ye kak rossa..

so, thats basically it.. a little update about me..erm, it is quite long actually haha.. thanks for reading.. mwah!

1. I love driving..(im a normal driver, x langgar peraturan or speed limit etc, i just love to drive n bawak kete..isnt that the same thing?..owh well,its fun!)=)

2. I haven't renew my license.....yet..haha..da sebulan lebey da ni woi!

3. I hate cops..dr kecik lagi ok..i hate people with uniform, but, i do found them freakingly attractive..haha..

well, yep, i have to renew my license.. polis asik tembak x tentu pasal je.. since when da tukar rules..? bukan polis xle tembak sesuke ati ke? bukan klau org tu mengancam baru ley tembak ke?tu pun tembak kaki dlu kan.. td, ade lg org kne tembak.. tp maybe tu bukan 100% salah polis tu la kan..die nak tembak org mengamuk, tp ade peluru sesat tetembak org lain..huhu..luckily, xde sape mati..

i mean, come on, u can do better than tembak..mama slalu kate, jgn men pisau, or bende2 tajam, sbb nnt akan ade org cedere..sbb, bile pegang bende2 cmatu setan senang masuk.. well, tu mama la kate kan.. tp sye pecaye.. sbb sye prasan klau saye pegang gunting, sume bende saye nak gunting..baju, patung..sume la..so, polis, jgn la sesuke hati gune pstol..takut la!!!

Stress?!

hi all.. i know i've been slacking a lot..but i could not find the right time to write.. i have so much things on my mind that i want to share..but when i have the time, all those thing cm outdated..da basi.. hii~

owh well, kitorg baru start revision week, we r having pro xm on may 21st-may 31st..like only 18 days left..!!!but, i must not panic..stress is good, it makes me want to do something for the xm.. but too much stress may lead to hypertension n it is the major cause of atherosclerosis..we never want that, do we?

5 bende yg saye buat time stress n depress n tetekan:

wudhuk n solat..i cant express how good this will make us feel..im not practicing it like all the time (i hope i do)..but i know it helps..when you feel like telling something that you cant tell anyone else, when you feel like loosing it,you cant hold on anymore, tell Him, HE listens..when you want something, ask from HIM, HE likes that..ask for His blessings,for peace n success..what ever you want, and He'll give..n we dont have to be strong in front of Him..(its tiring to be strong all the time) we can be so weak, we can cry..and ask for His forgiveness and mercy..because He is the most merciful, The Almighty..

Paddle pop rainbow! this is my all time favourite..it taste so good.. like real good that you want it to last forever..the mixture of toffee n caramel...heaven~ but the real thing that makes me feel good after i had one is, the name, n color..ok, bile ppl sebut rainbow, we think of colors, all the nice and good thing..we get so excited everytime kite nampak pelangi..it is rare, but its there..=) so, bile mkn ais krim ni, its like, putting the rainbow in your mouth.. like eating it..its in you..now, how can we become depress when there is rainbow in us?..hmm, klau tension jugak, barbiturat ok!

Exercise. this is another thing that i seldom do..haha.. but, for me, the only sport that can make me feel good is swim.. i like being under water or in the water..i sometimes wish im a mermaid.not to mention, you dont sweat in the water..haha.n when i swim, i feel like the water wash all my worries away..bye worries, bye! hee~so, basically by exercising, our body will realease endorphin, a hormone that can make us feel better.=)..so, go exercise! friendly reminder for me..n you guys!

Sleep...ahhh~ this is so nice right..there are days when i felt so weak.. n i dont want to do anything.. i dont want to be strong n i dont want to socialize or care about anything..n i am so tired to think..i will sleep..n when i wake up, im happy..i dont know how it works..but it just worked! at least for me..it is good to sometimes put your mind to rest..stop thinking for a while..it is just you and your blankie..(for my case, my meow) n doze off~ but not in the class ok!

positive thinking! yep, this will help too..talk to your self.. motivate yourself..praise your self everyday..you have to love your self before you want everyone else to love you..every morning, when you get ready for classes or job, whatever it is..look yourself in the mirror n say today is going to be a great day..you r a great person.. n you can survive..then smile.. n remember, theres a silver lining in every cloud.=)

so far, ni yg sye buat..there are some minor thing though, like shopping, movies, playing with my pets etc..but these are the cheapest n really work!enjoy, n good luck!

hi all.. my internet cm x bley pakai for 3 days.. so all updates had to be freezed.. but, im back.. hehe.. tp memory card camera pule buat hal..sekarang camne? benci btul.. owh well..

smalam, me, fara n faex pegi ECM (east coast mall) n HTAA sbb clasmate kitorg amalina baru pas melahirkan 2 baby girl last friday.. both baby weight 2.4kg and named Alya Shahirah and Alya Syuhadah..how cute..

baby ni sgt kecik n halus.. btul ni.. at first sgt takut nak pegang.. cm lembik sgt..cm da lame ckit tu baru brani nak pegang.. sejuk kot tangan.. cm tgh jawab xm..(exaggerate) haha..Amalina okay tp still lemah lg..but everything was fine..the baby is healthy n so does the mother.. Alhamdulillah..sye bg diorg hadiah..(show off)..yep yep..beg baby kaler pink..haha..rse nye beg tu bley letak both of them kat dlm tu..haha..no la.. the bag is for baby's stuff..=) stokin baby (when i said baby, it refers to both of them ok..=)).......stokin baby tu asik tecabut je.. sbb kaki die sgt kecik..omg, u guys have to trust me.. sumpah kecik gile..haha..

mama kate, sye lahir, berat lebih 3kg...budak ni 2.4 je..

7.oyster sauce
8.corn flour

how to:

memule, goreng beancurd n put aside

tumis halie, bwang putih n cili padi.

masukkan 3 sudu besar oyster sauce.

tepung jagung n chicken cube campur ngn setengah cawan air n masuk skali.

masukkan ayam

tunggu ayam masak

masukkan beancurd yg da goreng td.

okay, siap!

HIII!!!

its been a long time!! i know..haha..finally at last, (da finally, at last pule)..apape la..well, class petang hari ni cancel! eyay!.. byk gile nak update.. dlm planner da ade 6 list..hihi.. i like making a list.. list of things to do, list of things to buy, list of things to write.. to read.. bla bla~ i even have making a list in my to do list.. hehe..does that make sense? paham2 la ye..
owh well, my life is quite hectic now.. cm traffic jam kul 5.30 kat federal hi way..mmg bz n penat.. class from 8-5, n then kul 8.30 tu pegi library..n i really love going to library, die cm jauh from facebook, tv, fridge, laptop etc..hehe..so balik from library at 11..smyg isya, bg meeko mkn then collapsed smpi pukul 7 pg esok..haha.. n the same routine hari2..

taken a year ago..skrg, gigi pakcik ni da abis..hihi

n we have practical exam for prosthetic (buat2 gigi, cm gigi palsu) and oral surgery (buat drill2 gigi n tampal) yg agak menensyen kan la jgak..because its like working under pressure..cm stress, n xley becakap..but i still talked..owh well..and tomorrow we are having another one..huhu.. just wish me luck..n i hope everything will turn out fine..=)

drug abuse? nahhh...

i was having a lecture few days ago about drug's abuse and misuse.. n guess what, caffeine is one of them..haha..

well, its true that i cant live a day without my coffee.. coffee makes me feel so alive.. so energize n the euphoria effect is soooo good!! the smell of coffee gives me relaxation like lavender..i mean, really, it was even better than lavender..hee~..

and in the lecture, if a person consuming about 6 cups a day, then it is definitely drug abuse..but me, maximum is 3 cups..hee~..so, i dont label my self as an addict but more like misuse.. it helps me a lot through out the day.. class hour, x ngntuk, bad mood, gone..concentration, perfect..like i need it..u see..is that makes me an addict..urgh...i dont know..u decide k..

and today, i already had my first cup. Old Town Hazelnut White Coffee introduced by macik syifa, this morning.. n going for the next cup in a second.. hee~i love coffee.. im in love with it..n as long as it is controllable, I'LL CONTINUE TO CONSUME IT..

hee..well, at least i noticed some effects of it on me..

Ayam Gorengku....

OMG! cafe kom da tukar tender.. how can that be? how am i supposed to survive this..? God, i really do hate changes.. i know some are good.. tp, i just cant..spashly when it comes to food.. i rather eat the same boring stuff everyday than suddenly have to change my meal.. Kom's cafe has the best Ayam goreng in town.. n i would go to class everyday, wait till luch n being all excited just because i know that those Ayam will be there, waiting for me to eat them.. how now? yikes.. i felt like i was dumped n left alone..believe me.. it was that bad..

the new cafe was alright.. the rice is perfectly cooked, there are a lots of veges, sambal belacan was good n spicy and not to mention, it was cheaper too..but the ayam..? sume ni x bemakne if the ayam goreng doesnt taste like before....T_T...please come back... please....

i guess i have to get over it.. n it will definitely takes time.. give me 3 weeks to get over it ya..im trying now..owh..please dont leave me...please...

hi!, so i went to the dentist today, Dr Haidil check. n buat xray.. hah, amik ko, sume wisdom teeth ade problem.. yg atas grow buccally..(towards cheek) so secare x langsung, die menolak gigi depan die..n swells my gum..both side pulak tu.. yg bwah due2 grow horizontally ke center...sengal tul..so, nak xnak, all 4 kne cabut.. so, my minor oral surgery will start next week..n after that, pipi bengkak n kegemukan muke melande..hiii~ besaba ye felly..hidup ni xla selalunye indah..oh well, wish me luck k..i really2 hope everything's fine, n x sakit sgt..

good thing im on diet, so im not thinking about food 24/7 like i used too..Ayam goreng, i'll be eating u back soon k..my diet plan has gone well.. not so much different after a week, but i really am controlling my calorie intake n count the calorie on every food that i ate.. u can google online for calorie calculator to check how much calorie we should eat a day based on age, lifestyle etc..

exercising? not so much.. i've been bz.. smlm ade gak la gi swim.. tp x wat lap pun..the only exercise that i did is while standing time kje.. n most of it mmg butt exercise..huuu~.. relax, this thing needs patient..crash diet is never good..i'll lose weight somehow..=)

Situation 1:

There was a foreigner in front of me while i was taking lauk.. so i just stood behind him, n waited for him to finish taking his. He noticed i was behind him, so slide a bit to give me way n he said sorry n smile..n i said, its okay. take your time..dlam hati cakap, baik die ni..lauk x lari pun, ayam pehe da dapat..hee~

Situation 2:

I'd finish taking my lauk, and was heading to the cashier..and there was this guy, a malay guy, he turned towards me, and my shoulder kind of push his arm and plate.but, NOTHING HAPPENED...xde bende tumpah pun!!..he was wrong, because i was walking straight, n die nak masuk my lane..he didnt see me coming n turned..so, its 98.9% his fault..! i was sure! n, i said sorry sambil tengok his baju n plate, checked if everything is okay..i said sorry 5 times tau tak! n all he did was, buat muke "apehal ko langgar aku" n jalan straight to the cashier..

Hello brother! name je melayu, tp xde budi pekerti langsung.. well, at least, if you dont think it was your fault,(which i think its yours), say its okay.. because, NOTHING HAPPENED...at least have the courtesy to smile...is it so hard..? cube jadik cam foreigner tu...he didnt do anything wrong, tp sgt baik, sgt gentleman...haish~

well maybe he was born that way.. maybe he never knew how to smile..
i was so lucky that i learned to smile since i was a baby...=)

i dont understand how people can look down on other people without helping.. i dont know if this is human instinct, fitrah.. tp whatever it is, kite still ley control our mind setting kan.. for me is only a matter of jealousy and i think it is so childish..

well, i have to admit, sometimes i do look down on others, spashly when i'm mad..or felling so down that i wanted to defend myself, but making me feel better on others flaws is bad.. and i realize i have flaws too.. n i have to work on it n improved it..well, i just thought it is okay if we didnt share it with anyone, or make fun of the person with someone else..think again, it is still bad..

always put yourself on other's shoes..and please please think before you say something..because kerane mulut badan binase, we dont want something that we regret saying, n who knows something that you do or says might come back to u..

Excitement

hi love!
today was a great day!! i finally have something to write which is so cool because for the past few days i badly wanted to write something but nothing came up.. nothing happen at work or school..n it was boring and rather sad..
n i dont want my first post to be all grumpy n no fun..hii~
so, i was really2 happy today.. i didnt realize how happy i was until 10pm. my classes start very early n im not a morning person, so, i was very sleepy.i felt so tired n weak n hungry..
then, during break at 10, i fell asleep on the couch at the student lounge. we have clinic at 1030, so i managed to get around 30minutes of blessed, disturb-less sleep.i even dream about class, my primary school..etc..the point is i dreamt!=)
then i drank nescafe 3 in 1 in rich.(regular one doesnt work for me anymore)..n i felt so much energy! i was very excited..i did my cavity n restoration without having to repeat even one! (not only me, everyone else is performing well!)..and for lunch, guess what?! AYAM GORENG PEHE!!!wee!so cool..so blessed..;)
n at 5, we have japanese class.. japanese class is always fun..hii~
then i went to work.drank another coffee, my all time fave, nescafe latte.ziha, my superviser, gave me a job to be done.. buat kotak je sebenarnyer..but it was great.. i have something to do rather than wandering around..=D its nothing but im so happy about it..hii~
u see, today i get all excited..maybe due to the coffee, maybe it is me..i dont know..n i dont really care..but i have to admit, the coffee does help..!!=)
